The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of client and candidate acquisition strategies and performance marketing activities including but not limited to the following areas: SEM SEO digital content strategy and social media.
The Online Marketing Manager provides excellent internal customer service while remaining flexible to respond to changing market needs successfully interacting with managers across the business (field and corporate services) and collaborating closely with marketing and PR peers in CA and cross-functional teams around the globe.
Social Media
- Manage and drive organic (and sponsored where appropriate) social media programs for CA English and French on the following channels ensuring that appropriate messaging is leveraged for each platform:
- Facebook
- Twitter
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Dynamic Signal
- Create engaging long-tail social campaigns with mixed assets: graphics showcasing research videos etc.
- Manage our customer review program/ratings (GMB) reporting on direct impact to the business and identifying ways to enhance it partnering with the field as needed
- Conduct regular competitor analysis
- Maintain social media performance dashboards and establish a regular reporting cadence to establish benchmarks and analyse ROI on social content
SEO and digital content strategy (non-blog)
- Collaborate with NA and IZ content teams to develop high-quality SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience and increases website traffic and engagement on non-blog web pages
- Leverage in-depth keyword research and content gap analyses to identify relevant keywords and phrases that align with our business goals and target audience; build out content plan accordingly.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends best practices and opportunities for improvement.
PPC/SEA
- Partner with our corporate-based Acquisition Director and team to ensure the Canadian business requirements and priorities are reflected in campaign design and are driving results for our CA EN and CA FR audiences.
- Ensure program is frequently updated to align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Support as needed relevant copy and content for paid campaign ads and monitor spends.
Employer Brand
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives related to Employer Brand for Canada EN and FR including web content creation and social media in support of career pages best places to work etc.

Manage the Google my Business program
