Job Summary

PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION (TORONTO)

Oversee project schedules budgets cost controls and risk management
Manage and mentor Project Coordinators and site teams
Coordinate with clients consultants architects engineers and subcontractors
Review contracts scopes of work change orders and procurement strategies
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally at all times
Work closely with estimating and preconstruction teams during pursuit and planning stages
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations building codes and company procedures

Requirements

8 years of experience managing commercial ground up construction projects.
Strong background with General Contractors is required
Proven experience managing projects over $60M in value.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
