What youll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk providing exceptional customer service to patients families and visitors. Support smooth daily operations through effective communication concierge services and problem resolution.
- Provide information on patient location status directions and campus services; screen visitors for privacy compliance; answer and route incoming calls.
- Escort patients and visitors to clinical areas testing locations and key service areas; manage visitor flow and assign pagers as needed.
- Anticipate and resolve customer concerns by offering information solutions or amenities; escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a clean welcoming environment and ensure amenities are available and functional.
- Assist with mail or flower delivery complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide wheelchair escorts and physical assistance to patients and visitors including curbside and interior escorts when assigned.
Shift: 12:30pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday

What youll need for this job:
Minimum Education:
Required: Associate degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Preferred: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Specify Degree(s): Communication Psychology Hospitality
Minimum Experience:
Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Compensation:
Pay Range:$15.66- $21.10 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
