What youll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk providing exceptional customer service to patients families and visitors. Support smooth daily operations through effective communication concierge services and problem resolution.
Shift: 12:30pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday

What youll need for this job:
Minimum Education:
Required: Associate degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Preferred: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Specify Degree(s): Communication Psychology Hospitality
Minimum Experience:
Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Compensation:
Pay Range:$15.66- $21.10 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
