The Maintenance Department has a vacancy for aMaintenance Repairer 1 position.

This position is to make minor repairs to buildings facilities grounds locks light equipment appliances or to perform general maintenance in other shop areas in the maintenance in other shop areas in the maintenance department and throughout the campus. This position is also subject to drug testing due to safety and security sensitive work. This position requires a valid drivers license andmay require a clear driving record if required to drive on behalf of the University.
One year of experience or training in the building construction trades building maintenance maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR
Six semester hours in construction management construction technology or engineering or any combination of these courses.
