As Digital Product Manager in theBrainWorksteamyoullwork on LISTEN TO THIS-a global initiativesetting out to elevate the importance of hearing health through creating awareness education and partner-driven projects.

In this position you will be responsible for shaping the functionality and future development of the LISTEN TO THIS platform. That means improving the experience for users learning from data and making sure the platform gets better over time as we scale to more to andwork closely with theLISTEN TO THIS Leadand a wide range of partners to turn ideas into concrete improvements thathelp us meet our KPIs.

The teamyouwillbepart of:

Youllbe part ofBrainWorks a small teamworkinglikean internal startup within GN. Weoperatewith a high degree of ownership and trust and we spend our time building testing and refining ideas rather than over-engineering processes.

The role is based in Ballerup. We work flexibly and fully support working from home when it makes sense but we also value spending time together in the office as an important part of building a cohesive team.

Yourcontributionisappreciated andyouwill:

  • Coordinate the ongoing development and improvement of the LISTEN TO THIS platform together with developers designers agencies and internal partners

  • Helpshapewhatwebuildnextbyidentifyingimprovementopportunitiesandcontributingto the platformroadmap

  • Ownthecontinuousimprovementofkeyuserjourneysbyanalyzingbehavior spottingfrictionpoints anddrivingUX andcommunicationimprovementsacrossthe platform

  • Takeresponsibilityforanalyticsandreportinghelpingthe team understandwhatsworkingandwherewecandobetter

  • Coordinatethecreationandpublicationof digital contentand resourcestogetherwithagenciesandinternalexperts

  • Support therolloutof LISTEN TO THISintonewlanguagesbyhelpingensurethe platform and contentsetuparereadytoscale inclosecollaborationwithcolleaguesworkingdirectlywithlocalmarkets

  • Like taking charge and seeing things through from idea to implementation
