We are seekinga passionate Release & Test Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma IT organization you will serve as the operational anchor ensuring continued compliant releases to the Ascendis ERP (D365). This is an exciting opportunity to workwith a team in transition as we are updating ways of working and increasing operational excellence. Ascendis is afastpaced environmentwith widecollaborationwith crossfunctional global teams.

You willbe joiningtheD365 Platform teamand and report directly toPeople Leader Lene Rhein Larsen who is based in Hellerup. On the functional side you will collaborate closely with PhilippeHoltwho is also based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Act as the operational anchor for compliant releases to the Ascendis ERP (D365).
• Establish andmaintainthe release plan ensuringtimelypreparation of all release deliverables.
• Coordinate code deployments across development QA and production environments.
• Develop andmaintainrelevant test documentation in Veeva and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Support Line of Business teams in preparing test cases according to best practices.
• Oversee test strategy and execution including unit system integration regression UAT and performance testing.
• Define and track test criteria quality metrics and quality gates.
• Support the D365 team in developing ways of working and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree and approximately 5 years of professional experience within IT release management testing and operations in a regulated (GxP) environment.

If you hold an ISTQB testcertificateit is a plus.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience deploying releases in aGxPregulated setting
• Strong background in validation and testing underGxP
• Familiarity with Veeva
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
