We are currently partnering on an exclusive multi-jurisdictional hiring initiative for a global advisory firm focused on strengthening its insolvency capability across Dublin London Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. This project is aimed at recently qualified to manager level accountants (ACA ACCA CPA or equivalent) who are looking to build long-term careers in insolvency.
Responsibilities:
- Project managing parts of the engagements and appointments providing support to the Director/Managing Director in managing external stakeholders
- Assisting with a portfolio of insolvency appointments engaging with key stakeholders and supporting Insolvency Practitioners tending to statutory requirements
- Supporting management teams in preparing and challenging business plans short term cash flow forecasts and restructuring plans
- Support the running of business development and other marketing initiatives
- Developing analysing and presenting restructuring options using input from other teams
Requirements:
- Qualified with a recognised professional accounting designation (i.e. ACA ACCA CPA)
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in a professional services firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the restructuring insolvency and transaction marketplace its trends and key players
- Manage and prioritises workload effectively
