Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services organisation to appoint an Associate Director Dispute Advisory. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional to join a highly specialised disputes team working on complex litigation arbitration and investigation assignments across Ireland and the UK.
The successful Associate Director will play a key role leading high-profile engagements including damages quantification valuation disputes forensic accounting and economic analysis. You will work closely with legal counsel expert witnesses and senior stakeholders while supporting the continued growth of this specialist advisory practice.
This Associate Director role is based in Dublin within a hybrid working model with travel across Ireland and the UK and occasional international travel for arbitration matters.

The Associate Director will:
Lead engagements involving damages quantification valuation analysis forensic accounting and economic modelling
Draft and review expert witness reports suitable for court and arbitration proceedings
Support preparation of partner-led experts for hearings expert meetings and cross-examination
Direct complex financial modelling scenario analysis and valuation approaches
Act as a senior day-to-day contact for solicitors barristers and in-house counsel
Present findings clearly to legal teams and senior stakeholders
Support business development initiatives proposals and thought leadership
Contribute to industry events and publications
Coach and mentor junior team members
Ensure strong quality control independence and evidence management standards
Typical engagements include:
Commercial and contract disputes
Shareholder and valuation disputes
Competition and antitrust damages assessments
Professional negligence matters
Contentious insolvency cases
The ideal Associate Director will have:
ACA ACCA CPA or equivalent professional qualification
7 years experience in dispute advisory forensic accounting corporate finance valuation or litigation support
Strong analytical financial modelling and report-writing skills
Experience working with legal teams on expert assignments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex engagements and mentor junior professionals
