Deliver proactive and deliberateengagementwith sales leadership sellers and the wider business to assess and support opportunities in various stages of flight (pre-sales through delivery) considering resource requirements and constraints
Develop market insights and competitive intelligencein collaboration with the Presales leadership teamOffice of the CTO Partner Management Marketing and Salesteamsthat aid in the developmentand successofModernWorkspacePractice
Hostattend andparticipatein internal customer or partner events toshowcaseCDWs capability
Continuously assess and develop theModern Workspaceand recruitthe best talent into the team to drive towards CDWs Mission Forward strategicobjectivesas well as always striving to improve standards
Drivedeliberate and exceptionalcollaboration across all business unitsdelivering broad business outcomes for our customers
Delivering and executing on strongcoaching and performance management including but not limited to -121 meetings with the teammonitoringperformance supporting development and completing the co-worker life cycle process in line with CWS guidance (process TRP IDP PMP and other initiatives)
QUALIFICATIONSSKILLSANDEXPERIENCE
Proven successfulexperiencein the Information Technology market withademonstrabletrack recordof developing teams andindividuals
Experience with engaging SLT membersto support growthbusinessandchange initiativesand investments
Demonstrable experiencein building and executing on successfuland profitablebusiness plans
Experience inforging impactful business generating relationships will all levels of sales and sales leadershipto build brandandprofitable performance
Demonstrable experience indelivering change initiatives in line with business strategy
Proven C-level interactionengagementand relationship management
Demonstrabletrack recordofcreating anddrivingmeasurablerevenueand profitgrowthandmanaging cost
Strong understanding and experience of thesales andprocurement lifecycle including negotiation contracting and the management of third parties
Experience in building internal departmental brand
Professional certifications (desirable) such as Sales Business Administration or Leadership & Management qualifications
