The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships identifying new business opportunities with the Thermosets segment and providing technical solutions from the companys product portfolio. This role combines in-depth chemical knowledge with a focus on sales and business development ensuring that clients receive both technical and commercial support. Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
510 years of relevant sales technical business development experience in thermoset composites coatings adhesives resins and/or specialty chemicals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of chemical formulations and applications

Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
Highly driven results-oriented and skilled in challenging the status quo.
