Location: Charlotte NC (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42800 - $46780 per year
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for upcoming events and functions. As an Event Staff member you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events ranging from corporate gatherings and weddings to large-scale public festivals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup and breakdown managing guest check-ins providing information and support to attendees and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including arranging furniture decorations and equipment.
- Manage guest check-ins and registration ensuring a welcoming experience for attendees.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules locations and services.
- Monitor the event flow and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures throughout the event.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older or possess appropriate work permits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in events hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
