Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Day Shift
Location: Falmouth MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Work Pattern: 4 10.5-hour shifts (42 hours/week)
Pay Range: $50$60/hour (blended rate including stipend)
Estimated Weekly Compensation: $2000$2400
Travel Requirement (Mandatory)
This is a travel-only position.
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility in Falmouth MA to be eligible.
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for a daytime contract assignment in coastal Massachusetts. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with a consistent 4-day workweek and no weekend or holiday obligationsideal for clinicians seeking both professional fulfillment and personal time.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs for adult and pediatric patients focusing on restoring function improving mobility and preventing disability using evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including muscle nerve joint and functional assessments
Establish measurable outcome-driven treatment goals
Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust care plans based on patient progress
Maintain accurate timely and analytical clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination and discharge planning
Provide clinical guidance and oversight to PT Assistants (PTAs) aides and students
Support onboarding and training of new rehabilitation staff as needed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Certification: Current BLS certification
Experience: Prior clinical experience required; adult and pediatric experience preferred
