Responsible for generating revenue by selling guest rooms meeting space and hotel services to corporate group and leisure clients. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel sales systems CRM tools and revenue management principles
- Relationship-building and customer-focused mindset
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and/or holidays as needed

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Identify prospect and secure new corporate group and event business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct hotel tours and client presentations
- Negotiate contracts rates and terms with clients
- Collaborate with marketing revenue management and operations teams
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and market analyses
- Attend networking events trade shows and industry functions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales activities into the CRM system
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sales Team Managers and Directors. |
