What you will do:
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Mobile Applications ServicePower and MASterMind Ops Support team member to join our innovative DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting high-quality user experiences on iOS UWP and Android platforms.
How you will do it:
Lead operations and maintain cross-platform mobile applications developed in Microsoft MAUI and other mobile frameworks.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to problem solving and enhancing mobile applications and interfaces.
Modify/Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software maintenance.
Analyze triage and troubleshoot issues in existing applications coordinate application teams and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development and propose improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.
Assist with ServicePower configuration changes (e.g. adding technicians updating schedules).
Support ServicePower and MASterMind(MMB) integration with other enterprise systems (CRM ERP etc.) as applicable.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for MASterMind Business software (on-premise deployments).
Collaborate with Help Desk Application Support and Vendor teams to ensure prompt incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Create and maintain technical documentation knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in system deployments migrations and go-live support.
Monitor system performance and health; proactively identify areas for improvement.
Assist with application configuration script execution technical testing and report customization.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
6 years of experience in mobile application SDLC with a focus on Microsoft MAUI.
Proficiency in C# frameworks and SQL.
Experience in Azure Services (Function app webapp Timer functions SQL DB Storage Services).
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Excellent communication problem-solving analytical thinking customer service.
Must be a Citizen or Green Card holder
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $85000 - $107000 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
