The Data Platform and nbsp;team and nbsp;provides solutions for designing and deploying Data and Cloud Infrastructure reliably dynamically and securely. and nbsp;
The Data ecosystem includes but is not limited to Azure Databricks Github Data Warehouses ETL Data Pipelines Advanced Analytics Reporting and Data Analytics and Visualization. and nbsp;
The capability is critical to enable the at-scale delivery of foundational technologies and cloud infrastructure solutions that underpin enterprise and customer solutions. and nbsp; and nbsp;

Data Mapping and amp; Documentation

Lead detailed data mapping activities between source systems data platforms and target destinations
Document fieldlevel mapping transformation rules data lineage and business logic.
Ensure mappings align with enterprise data standards governance rules and architectural patterns.
Maintain clear and versioncontrolled mapping specifications for engineering teams.
Analyze and profile datasets to understand data structures quality issues relationships and anomalies.
Validate that mapped data accurately represents business processes and stakeholder expectations.
Identify data gaps inconsistencies and risks during migration or integration projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with data engineers architects business analysts product owners and SMEs to gather requirements.
Translate business definitions into technical mapping documentation.
Facilitate workshops to resolve data ambiguities clarify business rules and align on mapping decisions.

Data Quality and amp; Validation

Support testing teams by providing validation rules and expected outputs for data transformations.
Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.
Partner with data governance teams to improve data integrity metadata accuracy and documentation quality.

Reporting and amp; Insights

Build dashboards reports or analytics as needed to support business needs.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to selfservice analytics and standardized reporting frameworks.

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Systems Computer Science Business Analytics or related field.
Strong experience in and nbsp;data mapping and nbsp;data modeling or and nbsp;data migration projects.
Proficiency in:
SQL and nbsp;(intermediate to advanced)
Data analysis and profiling techniques
Excel or other analysis tools
Data visualization tools (Power BI)
Understanding of relational databases structured data and data integration patterns.
Ability to interpret and document data transformation logic clearly.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
