DescriptionYour part of the deal:
In this internship you will join the HR Administration team and support a wide range of administrative processes that keep our HR operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks sending documents to external providers responding to basic tickets in the time & attendance system issuing certificates and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee-related documentation. You will also support general business operations by providing various administrative services across the department.
This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in HR administration within a global financial infrastructure company develop strong organizational skills and learn how different HR processes connect with broader business operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you in your daily tasks.
Your profile:
- You are a 3rd5th year university student interested in HR and administrative work.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) this is essential for daily tasks.
- You are a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues of diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
- You are detail-oriented organized and attentive to accuracy in every task you perform.
- You learn quickly enjoy structured work and are eager to develop new skills in a professional HR environment.
Our part of the deal:
- 6month paid internship (with the possibility to extend).
- Flexible working hours (approx. 30 hours per week).
- Onthejob experience supported by targeted training programs.
- Opportunity to learn how the HR Administration department operates in a global organization.
- A dedicated buddy in the team to help you navigate daily duties.
