What youll actually do
Think of yourself as part cupid part cheerleader part wise mentor part tech wizard:
- Be our learning matchmaker conduct discovery calls with prospective clients connecting awesome people with our transformative learning experiences.
- Roll out the welcome red carpet make new starters feel like theyve found their tribe and upskill them with all the love and support they need.
- Be the growth guru have real conversations that inspire people to level up (no corporate buzzword bingo required).
- Walk the talk become a living example of our programs (practice what we preach and all that).
- Grow your superpowers actively build your capability and embrace leadership opportunities if thats part of your adventure plan.
- Keep things flowing use our digital tools to make sure nothing falls through the cracks (without drowning in admin)
