Senior Front-End Developer – React, TypeScript & Micro Frontends

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to lead the design development and maintenance of scalable modular front-end applications using this role you will architect high-performing user interfaces mentor junior developers and contribute to innovative UI solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Your expertise will support the organizations goals for delivering responsive accessible and user-centric applications that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in React (latest versions preferred) JavaScript and TypeScript for building scalable front-end applications

• Experience with NPM and package management

• Familiarity with Redux and Redux Toolkit for state management

• Strong understanding of front-end architecture principles and best practices

• Ability to implement performance optimizations caching strategies and accessibility standards

• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

Preferred:

• Experience with Java (backend integration or full-stack role)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end automation and deployment

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable modular Micro Frontend-based UI applications

• Optimize front-end performance for fast load times and responsiveness

• Implement caching accessibility cross-browser compatibility and usability best practices

• Mentor and guide junior UI developers to adopt development standards and best practices

• Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues to improve reliability and user experience

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers product managers and back-end teams to turn requirements into functional interfaces

• Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and maintain technical documentation

• Stay current with UI trends React advancements and industry best practices to foster continuous improvement

Experience Requirements

• 6-10 years of front-end development experience with React and TypeScript in enterprise or complex projects

• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable component-based UI architectures

• Proven experience mentoring developers and enforcing best coding practices

• Experience working within Agile teams and contributing to continuous improvement processes

• Familiarity with integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop enhance and maintain modular React applications based on business needs

• Lead UI architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning sessions

• Conduct code reviews optimize component performance and ensure code quality

• Collaborate with designers product teams and back-end developers to deliver integrated solutions

• Troubleshoot UI issues debug cross-browser compatibility problems and implement fixes

• Participate in sprint activities daily stand-ups and retrospectives

• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and coding standards

• Stay updated on new React features front-end best practices and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

• 6 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React and TypeScript

• Experience in modular architecture and scalable UI design

• Proven ability to deliver user-centric performant interfaces in enterprise environments

• Certifications in front-end frameworks or Agile practices are a plus
