Job Summary

The Commercial Relationship Specialist role provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and Clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal ResponsibilitiesAssist Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships and keep respective Relationship Manager informed when appropriateAct as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationshipManage post-closing requirements such as exception citings collateral perfections covenant items closely with Treasury Management team to successfully onboard new Deposit Account and Treasury Services for clients as well as provide guidance to clients to the appropriate resource for servicing and assistanceMaintain client records for both loan and deposit accountsProvide professional and courteous customer service while answering questions researching issues and providing resolutions as neededFacilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requestsAssist with Analysis Refund requestsFacilitate no-pin wiresAssist with transfersHandle customer overdraft communication and decisioningProvide and assist with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentationRequirements for Commercial Relationship Specialist High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years general banking experienceOr a Bachelors degree and two (2) years banking or client support experience

Compensation Range:

$33920.00 - $65380.00
