Job Description:
Join Tunic Pay at the ground floor as a business operations Swiss-army knife. You will work directly with the founders to accelerate go-to-market efforts and streamline operations. This role blends creative storytelling with analytical rigor to help scale a product that protects millions of people from scams and fraud.

What you will do:

• Execute the full sales cycle from prospect research and outreach through pitch preparation onboarding and implementation details.

• Conduct deep-dive research into complex operational and financial topics to deliver actionable insights for founders and stakeholders.

• Drive customer success by managing relationships and crafting compelling communications that attract new partners and retain existing ones.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting operations or business roles with strong Excel and presentation skills.

• Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability capable of distilling complex ideas into clear persuasive narratives.

• Entrepreneurial self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership across commercial operational and product-facing work.
