Howyoullhelp to create brighter futures
Leading and managing a small team of administrative staff across the Talent and Development Team to deliver high quality customer focused support services that facilitate the achievement of the team.
Work closely with the senior management team to support the preparation of briefing papers (including referring to and interpreting statistical data) reports communications and presentations.
Work collaboratively with management colleagues to contribute and deliver against the management team agenda
Manage the delivery of a range of administrative services.
Developing and enhancing capability within the team and service with the use of organisational systems and processes.
Letstalk about you
Business Administration or Management S/NVQ Level 3 equivalent qualification or experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record in the use of relevant specialist IT packages to produce reports and presentations.
Experience of setting and achieving deadlines and highlighting to senior management issues of risk.
Demonstrable experience of providing a confidential professional service and to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
Proven track record of liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate the delivery of key activities.
Ability to provide direction to a team utilising a range of management styles to allow staff members to develop and achieve their goals.
