ResponsibilitiesNew Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the strategy for new product introductions aligned with the Process Measurement & Control overall business objectives and market needs. Conduct vertical research competitive analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and define product requirements. Collaborate with R&D engineering marketing sales and operations teams to develop comprehensive product drive innovation develop NPI and build up product roadmap to implement product portfolio. Working close with global team to determine and execute marketing programs e.g. drive localization. Project Management and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI process ensuring alignment on project milestones deliverables and timelines. Develop and manage detailed project plans budgets and resource allocation to support successful product launches. Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure ontime delivery and quality standards. Go-to-Market Strategy and Commercialization: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies pricing models and promotional campaigns for new products. Plan and coordinate product launch activities including sales training customer & channel education and market communications. Monitor market reception and customer feedback post-launch to optimize product positioning and messaging. Business support (e.g. reviewing or preparing proposals presentations responding to customer requests supporting quality issues tc.) Stakeholder Management and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders external partners and customers regarding NPI initiatives. Communicate project status updates key milestones and performance metrics to senior management and executive leadership. Foster strong relationships across departments to drive collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives. Continuous Improvement and Analysis: Conduct post-launch reviews and analysis to evaluate the success of NPI projects against established KPIs and objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements product enhancements and cost optimization to drive continuous innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends technological advancements and competitor activities related to new product introductions
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles with field instrument products. Proven track record in customer discovery and NPI acceleration Experienced in developing business case financials and creating product roadmaps WE VALUE Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field master degree is a plus Experienced in a global organization Experienced in new product development and introduction Experienced in market research and analysis Knowledge in six sigma with a GB certification is a plus.
