The role
Thew Senior Administrative Officer role is all about making sure the Information Access team runs like a well-oiled machine. Youll take charge of a variety of tasksmanaging and creating records preparing weekly and monthly reports handling enquiries and informal information requests responding to consultation from other agencies on GIPA applications and registration of new matters while keeping processes streamlined and compliant. Its a hands-on role where your organisational skills and eye for detail will shine.
The pace is fast and priorities can shift quickly so youll need to stay flexible think on your feet and keep everything moving. If youre great at juggling deadlines solving problems as they come up and staying calm under pressure this is your chance to make a real impact behind the scenes.
