What this job involves:

The General Manager will act as primary point of contact addressing concerns managing expectations and ensuring exceptional service for the asset with strong emphasis on customer retention.

A snapshot of the role:

Ensure all elements of the property management agreement are understood and complied with
Oversee all aspects of both assets operations including financial performance leasing tenant relations and building maintenance
Maximise financial performance by effectively managing budgets expenses and revenue streams for both assets
Lead and inspire the Aurora Place team including the multi-level structure of managers supervisors and concierge staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards
Address all issues within appropriate timeframes and ensure risk management plans are in place for both assets

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of commercial real estate exceptional leadership skills and demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contribute to the success of this premium asset and shape the overall tenant experience

Bachelors degree in business administration Real Estate or related field
Real Estate License in NSW
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role preferably with premium and A grade assets
Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations leasing and property management
Knowledge of Sydney commercial property market trends and competition in premium grade asset segment
