The Principal Solution Consultant (Presales) provides strategic direction and deep solution expertise in applying technology to solve customer business challenges. This role partners closely with Sales to support the full sales cycle from requirements discovery through solution design high-impact demonstrations and transition to Professional Services.
As a trusted advisor the Principal Solution Consultant facilitates customer understanding of NetSuite applications through tailored presentations demonstrations and benchmarks while articulating business value to stakeholders at all levels. The role also provides ongoing presales support contributing to successful deal progression and customer confidence throughout the sales process.
As a Principal Solution Consultant (Presales) you will serve as a subject matter expert leading complex presales technical and functional engagements for prospective customers. You will partner closely with Sales to shape solution strategy ensure customer satisfaction and drive successful deal outcomes.
This role acts as a trusted functional and technical advisor focusing on opportunities that require creative and scalable solutions. You will design and deliver high-impact Oracle NetSuite solution demonstrations presentations and proof points tailored to customer business needs.
In addition you will mentor other Presales Solution Consultants contribute to the development of presales tools best practices and enablement content and provide input into product strategy and enhancements. You will lead all technical aspects of the sales process and advise both internal teams and customers on overall solution architecture.
