Job Summary
Woody Buick GMC is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of experience. Were focused on our customer and our community and were always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! This position is Part time and would be about 20-25 hours per week. Hours are 4pm - 9pm two to three nights per week and 5-10 hours on Saturdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer dealership group phones
- Process and receipt money received
- Greetcustomers
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team and office personnel
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- A professional appearance
