This Position reports to:
IPU ManagerThe work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Identifying deficiencies in production area proposing improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Prepares annual production budget oversees progress and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.
- Bachelors degree; mechanical/electrical engineering preferred
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- 2 years of management/supervisor experience
- SAP experience is highly preferred
- Flexibility to work other shifts as needed
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
