Compensation & Placement Salary is determined by the HavergalFaculty Grid ranging from $72185 $103105 for early-career faculty and$103457 $135699 for those with 6 years of experience. Final placement isbased on recognized teaching years degrees and Additional Qualifications(AQs) with levels increasing for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The Position:
The Upper School program at Havergal College is distinguished by opportunities for students to develop and learn in a diverse stimulating well-resourced and supportive environment.
