We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Coordinator to join our Regional Services this role youll be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our Vline public transport schedules to meet legislative contractual and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and reviewing timetables vehicle schedules and rosters across multiple contract types.
  • Ensuring our network schedules are optimised for performance cost-efficiency and driver well-being
  • Measuring schedule performance against key metrics and budgets.
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Providing data insights and reports to optimise driver establishments vehicle requirements and service delivery.

About You:

  • 2 years experience in service planning or public transport scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience in using scheduling software including configuration and administration.
  • Sound understanding of National Heavy Vehicle legislation fatigue management and relevant industrial agreements.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with a high level of attention to detail.
