Reconstruction Project Manager
Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with strong technical expertise a commitment to quality and a customer-focused approach. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution while leading teams coordinating resources and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

What you will be doing as a Reconstruction Project Manager
Plan mobilize and coordinate labor materials and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
Lead project walk-throughs identify risks and enforce safety standards across all job sites
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct daily project meetings proactively resolve issues and manage project details to completion
Travel as needed (by car and plane) to support active job sites; valid drivers license required
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Reconstruction Project Manager
Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management Project Management or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/casualty claims adjusting and/or restoration with demonstrated project management responsibility
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured detail-oriented approach
