Hourly Pay (Based on Experience):
Less than 1 year: $27.42/hr
23 years: $29.89/hr
45 years: $31.12/hr
67 years: $32.36/hr
910 years: $33.59/hr
16 years: $36.95/hr
Shift Differential:
Nights: $4.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000
Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapistfor an exciting job in Kissimmee FL.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments
Set up operate and manage acute care ventilators
Monitor patient response and adjust therapy as needed
Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
Function independently during off-shifts as required
Collaborate with physicians nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of RRT experience
Associates Degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
Active Florida RRT license (must be in hand)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
