Base range for this position is $100k-$120k

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly with Construction Managers SubcontractorsEngineeringProcurementLegal Financeand Clientstoassistin managingallprojectaspectsand communicate track and manageprogresseffectivelyto ensuresuccessfulon-time andon-budgetnetwork delivery.
Manage the messaging escalationsand communication ofproject-related issues andupdates between all internal and external stakeholdersinatimelyandeffectivemanner.
Act as point of escalation for clients while continuing toparticipatein all site status calls meetings and reporting as required by customers.
Manage the internal and client-facing projectkick-off and close out processes.
Take accountability to own and driveprojectissuesand challengesto completionand resolutionby managing and engagingappropriate resourcesand personnel as needed.
Establishimplementandmaintainstandardized procedures fortrackingdeliverablesfor each projectand updating project milestones and trackers.
Establish and implement internal reporting using deployed software tools to allow senior management to quicklyascertainproject status.
Evaluate current procedures and recommend changesas necessaryto improve operationsuseandimplementationoftechnologyand targeted recruitment efforts.
Manage quality control dataentryandtrackdocumentationcompletion timelines.
Manage preparation and update of site status reports/databases.
Manage the overall coordination scheduling and tracking of site visits and technical team visits with various departments.
Ownthefinancial aspects of projectsincluding milestone billing and project accounting
Travel to in-person meetings with the clientorinternalmeetingswithAirtowerpersonnel as well as visits to the project job site(s)may be required.
In some rare instances this position maybe requiredto be onsitedailyfor a project foranextended duration.
Estimatedlocal and out-of-market traveltime for this role is10-20%.

Experience and Skills Needed:

Bachelors Degree and 5yearsofrelevantnetwork delivery project managementwork experiencein wireless in-building industry.
A strong communicator and a great listener enabling you to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
Solid knowledge and technicalexpertisein communications infrastructure systems.
Familiarity with Wireless network architecture.
SolidPMConstruction Managementknowledgeworkinginnewdevelopment.
Highproficiencyinreading and understanding construction drawings.
Read and understand design plans to ensure smooth deployment of systems.
Excels ina selfdirectedenvironment.
A work ethic to drive projects and tasks to finish on time overcoming any obstacles along the way.
Theexpertiseto solve problems drawing onpast experienceand using existing resources to effectively resolve any issues.
A desire to take the initiative seizing opportunities whenthey arise.
Excellent computer/reporting skills includinga high levelofproficiencywith MS Excel and other database/project management tracking toolssuch as Quick Base.
Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision.
Highly motivated self-starter able to work under aggressive project schedules.
Strong financial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on budget and within acceptable performance margins.
A motivator the ideal candidate will have the ability to aggressively manage a team whilemaintaininga positive and collaborative work environment.
Basic Electrical knowledge including open/closed circuits grounding etc.
Basic Radio knowledge including wireless frequency bands powermeasurementsand wireless protocols (CDMA UMTS LTE GSM WLANPrivate LTE C-Band and CBRS)
Have a reliable personal vehicle used for traveling to client meetings.
Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
