In this role youll:
- Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
- Prepare collate and organise case bundles for medical experts counsel the Courts and other third parties.
- Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
- Draft amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners ensuring clarity and consistency.
What were looking for
Were looking for a committed and driven individual looking to take their career to the next level someone with:
- A proven track record of providing high-quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/medical/professional services environment.
- Previous experience with Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems (e.g. BundleDocs/MedBrief or similar).
- Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
- Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal written and numerical).
- The desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative and friendly team.
