Senior UI/UX Designer III (India)

**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA Canada Europe and several locations in India.

We are looking for aSenior UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update existing Figma files to reflect our latest product features.
Work with designers and engineers to systematize design elements.
Execute all UI/UX designs from concept to final hand-off to engineering taking new features from ideation to prototyping user testing and production using a mobile-first approach.
Iterate on designs based on stakeholders feedback.

Skills Required

Minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience.
Demonstrated experience in visual design human-computer interaction and understanding of how design translates to code.
Experience with Design Systems.
Experience with responsive design developing wireframes prototypes and high-quality mocks.
Fluent in Figma creating components symbols and prototypes to communicate user interactions.
Experience working with product owners engineers QA and design teams in agile product development cycles.
Interested in technology and new design trends.

Nice to Have

Experience working in consumer fintech.

Work Hours

In addition to other hours we are looking for someone that can work 7:30pm IST to 11:30pm IST so there is overlap time to collaborate with US team members.

Base Salary (Compensation)
The annual Fixed salary for this position is between 15LPA - 20LPA depending upon experience geography Variable
