Protect the Built World From the Inside
Were looking for a motivated professional with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) to join our Internal Systems this versatile role youll support various business functions from Sales and Supply Chain to Finance and Marketing while actively driving our companys digital evolution.
Youll report directly to the Head of Business Systems and work in a small agile team that manages and continuously optimizes our technological infrastructure across continents.
This is a permanent role based inSchwerzenbach Zurich.

What will you do
- System Administration & Development Manage and enhance SAP Business One (T-SQL version) along with other enterprise systems that keep our global operations running smoothly. Lead the migration of legacy processes to modern 2025 standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting Create and maintain sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI delivering actionable insights across the organization. Design professional user-friendly Power BI reports that drive data-informed decision-making.
- Process Optimization Analyze and improve production and finance processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Not afraid to challenge and modernize existing workflows for 2025 and beyond.
- Application Lifecycle Management Showcase new developments analyze existing applications and rigorously test both current and emerging solutions to ensure optimal performance and business value.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration Communicate and coordinate with international teams across multiple continents and cultures from Singapore to Spain.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer Deliver effective training programs to colleagues across all departments and cultural backgrounds ensuring widespread adoption of new systems and processes.
- Technical Solution Development Contribute to developing scripts and automations that drive efficiency across our operations.
- CRM Support Assist in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system (ideally SugarCRM or similar).
What do we expect
- Education
- Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in IT (Informatiker/in EFZ or equivalent)
- Skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and SSRS
- Programming knowledge in C# PHP or other languages/scripting
- Practical Power BI expertise with proven ability to design effective reports and dashboards
- Experience analyzing testing and validating business applications
- Experience with SAP Business One (T-SQL version) preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally SugarCRM)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and their practical applications in the real world making a real difference
- Others
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving
- Genuine curiosity to understand production supply chain and financial processes
- Confident communicator in international multicultural settings
- Comfort with modernizing legacy processes and driving digital transformation
- Ability to train and mentor users from diverse departments and cultural backgrounds
- Can-do mentality paired with critical thinking about broader impacts
- Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies
- Languages
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- German will be a plus
