About the Opportunity:

Our Therapy Services team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to work in our Ascot hub.
In this rewarding role you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate closely with families caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication swallowing and overall quality of life
• Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research best practices and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
• Exceptional communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
