About the position
Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead Speech Pathology the Clinical Educator Paediatric Speech Pathology is responsible for supporting and supervising students as they develop clinical skills through delivering supervised clinical services. This position involves overseeing student interactions with patients/clients ensuring quality care and maintaining professional standards. At Level B Clinical Educators supervise students during clinical placements participate in professional development to maintain registration and assess students clinical competencies. Key duties include applying clinical knowledge utilizing communication and negotiation skills collaborating with academic staff providing guidance and feedback to students mentoring and undertaking relevant administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position you will have:
Desirable additional experience in applying evidence-based principles to the assessment and intervention of fluency and voice disorders.
