Senior Flooring Installer / Lead Installer
Full-Time In-Person Non-Union
Been Doing Flooring a Long Time
If you know flooring inside and out and especially if youve run your own flooring companyand youre tired of chasing checks fixing other peoples mistakes dealing with insurance and stressing over the business side
This is worth a conversation.
Were looking for a highly experienced flooring installer who wants steady work top pay and real support without the headaches.

You Need to Know How to Install:
Sheet vinyl
Vinyl welding
Rolled carpet
VCT
LVT
Engineered wood
Floor prep & floor leveling (patching moisture issues proper prep)
This is not helper work.
Were looking for someone who can walk onto a job and run it right.
What the Job Looks Like
Lead and complete high-quality flooring installs
Work with a provided crewyoure not doing it all alone
Handle layout prep and problem-solving on site
Keep job sites clean safe and professional
Help train and lead less experienced installers
Communicate with project managers when needed
