Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with no negative indicators
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent LPN experience
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Fluency in speaking reading writing and understanding English
- Must meet VA credentialing requirements
- Verifiable education licensure certifications and work history
- Completion of VA mandatory annual training including:
- Compliance & Business Integrity
- Emergency Preparedness
- Infection Control
- Government Ethics
- Safety & Security
- VA Privacy & HIPAA Training
- Must meet infection control and immunization requirements (TB/PPD influenza vaccine etc.)
- Must comply with OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards
- Must pass background investigation E-Verify and citizenship requirements
- Must not appear on the HHS OIG Excluded Individuals/Entities List
