Litigation Senior Associate (810 PQE)
Salary: bonus
Location: Harrow area Clear route to Partnership

The Opportunity
Youll take ownership of complex litigation matters from instruction through to resolution acting as a key senior fee earner within the team and a trusted adviser to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and managea caseload ofcomplex high-value litigationmatters from inception to conclusion
- Providestrategic adviceon contentious issues across a range of sectors
- Represent clientsinHigh Court and County Courtproceedings and throughADR(includingmediationandarbitration)
- Draft review and negotiatekey documents includingpleadings witness statements and settlement agreements
- Work closely with partners to developcommercially aligned litigation strategies
- Supervise and mentorjunior solicitors and trainees
- Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute tobusiness developmentactivity
About You (Requirements)
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 810 years PQEwith strong currentUK litigationexperience
- Demonstrable experience handlingcomplex commercial litigation(or a strong mix of high-value contentious work)
- Strong technical knowledge of theCivil Procedure Rules (CPR)and litigation tactics
- Excellentadvocacy drafting negotiation and case managementskills
- Confident leading matters with minimal supervision and supporting junior colleagues
- Background from awell-regarded private practice(or reputable in-house team) is desirable
Location & Working Arrangement
- Harrow area(North West London)
- Working arrangement to be confirmed but the firm offers a modern professional environment with flexibility where appropriate.
