Responsibilities
Efficiently plan and execute audit engagements
Ensure the team delivers timely audit work to clients and partners
Analyze financial data records reports and statements
Maintain a deep understanding of clients industries and sectors
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and make a tangible impact
Keep financial databases up-to-date including audit findings
Have a service-oriented approach to dealing with clients
Conduct internal training as necessary and align with continuous professional development.
Act as a mentor encouraging others to embody the firms values
Requirements
Qualifications
- Be a South African citizen
- Must have CTA (BCom Accounting Honours)
- Must have BCom Accounting Degree completed for local audit applications
- ITC will be advantageous
- High stress threshold effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize duties
- Team management skills
- Effective communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
