Job Summary

Job Description:

An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineerhas arisen within Airbus Defense & Space in Sevilla. The selected candidate will join to MRO team of LTA/Combat/Harrier/MRTT/EFA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Manufacturin Engineering tasks in area of LTA MRO (C295 and CN235). Your main tasks and responsabilities are:

Optimization of current maintenance process for LTA aircrafts
Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during maintenance process. (mechanical and structural repair).
Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects (structural ones).
Collaboration with technical design office to provide solution to structural repairs.
To be part of multi functional team to solve all issues come up in MRO.
Manufacturing structure and process associated domunentation (work order technical instruction job card) updated process.
Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
Product configuration awareness.
Future business requirements.

SKILLS

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Education: degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in Manufacturing or MRO will be possitive evaluated. At least 5 -10 years of experience in technical areas (Manufacturing engineering or design). Important: experience in structural repair.
Languages:English and Spanish must be negotiation level written and spoken.
Technical knowledge: Pelicano plus
MRO : experience in MRO/Part 145 as well as knowledge in Pelicano and PERAM 145 training would be valued as a plus.
Soft skills: able to work under pressure and in a changing environment / proactive attitude and able to work in a changing environment / strong interpersonal and communication skills / with desire to learn.
