Sales Engineer Nepean Conveyors Mackay

Nepean Conveyors is a leading provider of conveyor solutions for the mining and industrial sectors. We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Mackay helping deliver innovative conveyor solutions to clients across the region.

About the Role

As a Sales Engineer you will combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to manage and grow client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities providing technical solutions preparing quotations and supporting project delivery from a commercial and technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mining and industrial sectors
Identify sales opportunities and provide technical solutions tailored to client requirements
Prepare quotations proposals and tender responses
Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and industry trends

About You

Engineering or technical qualification in mechanical electrical or mining-related discipline
Proven experience in a technical sales or business development role ideally in conveyors mining or industrial equipment
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical drawings specifications and project requirements
Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently
