What you will be doing
You will own Meta Ads strategy and performance across a portfolio of eCommerce and growth focused brands.
From planning and budgeting through to optimisation and scaling you will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth. Meta is your primary channel with broader visibility across paid social and search to ensure decisions are commercially aligned.
You will work closely with creative and account teams to guide messaging shape strategy and improve outcomes using performance data and customer insight. You will analyse performance beyond surface metrics lead optimisation and scaling decisions and bring clarity to where investment should increase test or pull back.
As an experienced operator you will also contribute to internal standards best practices and continuous improvement across paid media.
Key responsibilities
Own Meta Ads strategy planning and performance
Translate business objectives into media plans budgets and testing roadmaps
Lead optimisation experimentation and scaling decisions
Guide creative strategy using performance insight and funnel understanding
Lead performance conversations with clients and internal teams
Maintain platform best practice and stay current with Meta updates
What we are looking for
You are a senior paid media operator with deep experience in Meta Ads and a strong understanding of what drives sustainable performance.
You are comfortable owning strategy and outcomes think commercially and communicate clearly. You value structure clarity and long-term impact over noise or vanity metrics.
You bring
5 years experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce or growth focused brands
Proven experience scaling accounts and managing meaningful budgets
Strong understanding of creative performance audiences and funnel dynamics
Confidence leading performance discussions with clients and stakeholders
A thoughtful data informed approach to optimisation and decision making
