Job Summary

NextLink is having an existing position as an I&O Relationship Manager in Brussels area Belgium.

General information:

- Start date: ASAP

- Duration: 12 months renewable (3 years visibility)

- Workload: full time on site at the beginning

- Work location: Brussels area Belgium

Description:

- Activity is growing and RM / key account executive is needed

- Manage the client relastionship with the IT SPOC de nos clients (clients are subsidiaries and infrastructure is shared)

- Ensure IT delivery

- Monthly/weekly progress meetings

- Ensure and review the legal part

- Ensure SLA are respected

- Be the POC to the clients (shared infrastructure)

- Budget planning with clients

- Client request project management

- Client meeting in Brussels

Profile:

Language: English fluent Dutch fluent

Min. 5 years of professional experience

Experience in project management

Experience in infrastructure project

System engineer PM background is ideal (Infra PM with client interaction is good)

Experience within regulated environment (insurance fincance )

Prince / Waterfall

ITIL certification
