BID Manager (BESIX Environment)

We are seeking an experienced BID Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team managing and coordinating  the complete  bid phase from prequalification to contract signature

• Full ownership of bid phase: managing and coordinating  the complete  bid phase and process steps from prequalification to contract signature
• coordination of different  disciplines and experts in  multi-disciplinary team as part of the tender development  (process EIA BIM/CAD design costing legal insurance risk management.)
• Review and evaluation of tender documents
• Review and definition of bid strategy  in collaboration with the management team
• Review and definition of partnering/ subcontracting  strategy  in collaboration with the management team
• Setup of related collaboration agreements and Division of Scope/Responsibility matrix
• Define and manage bid budget and planning
• Size of projects may vary from very small size (about & million EUR to large size about 100 million EUR)
• Location of project to tender is BeNelux and International.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 8 years of combined experience  in  tender and execution in  the field of waste water water treatment plants or potable water treatment plants in the municipal or industrial sector
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a role as tender manager/tender engineer
• Candidate should possess knowledge of  the different steps involved in a design and build project for (waste) water treatment. Experience in additional  process treatment technologies/sectors will be considered as a plus.
• Candidate shall be able to manage a small team be flexible and be able to reach targeted challenges till conclusion of contracts and be flexible to travel for missions abroad.
• International experience is a plus
• Candidate shall be fluent in English Dutch and French
• Experience in International market is a plus
