Job Summary
The Finance Controller is responsible for managing the Financials of CapitalSage Holding Company(HoldCo) and financial consolidation process for the subsidiaries ensuring accurate timely and compliant HoldCo financial statement and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The role supports statutory reporting management reporting and audit requirements while driving process improvements and strong financial governance across the group
Key Responsibilities
Financial Consolidation & Reporting
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual HoldCo and group consolidation processes.
- Prepare HoldCo and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP / local GAAP.
- Review and validate subsidiary financial submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform inter company eliminations equity accounting and foreign currency translation.
Financial Control & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong internal controls over the consolidation process.
- Support Complication of critical information from the subsidiaries.
- Ensure all the financial transactions in the HoldCo are as per approval matrix.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive automation and standardization of process for the allocation of the HoldCo cost.
- Develop and maintain HoldCo cost allocation structure.
Planning & Analysis Support
- Act as a key finance partner to local finance teams and business units.
- Provide technical accounting guidance to subsidiaries on complex HoldCo transactions.
- Support group budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Provide variance analysis and insights on group financial performance and subsidiary financials.
