Position Title: Senior Bookkeeper
Work Set-up: Work Onsite/ Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 60000 Php 70000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Bookkeeper:
Reconcile building software of payments.
Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS in compliance with Australian tax regulations.
Look after both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Prepare and update company cash flows for forecasting with project information on a separate spread sheet and pus
Weekly Reporting
Payroll Payroll Tax
Supper Annuation management
Preparation of Financial reports and Auditing of Accounts
Set and review budgets

Qualifications as a Senior Bookkeeper:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
5-10 years of relevant accounting experience in Australia as a Sr Bookkeeper or similar role
Mastery with Xero accounting software is required. Must be a Xero Advisor
Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint
Effective communication skills both verbal and written. 4 star level
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
CPA or CA certification (preferred but not required).
Must have previous experience working in an Australian company in a Bookkeeping role.
