About the Role
As a Workers Compensation Case Manager you will play a vital role in supporting clients through the claims process and ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to. This position requires strong organization communication and attention to detail as you help guide clients from initial intake through ongoing case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document clients medical history to support the subpoena of necessary medical records.
- Draft review and prepare legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- File documents electronically through EAMS/Gemini Jet Filer and File & Serve ensuring timely submission to the WCAB and all parties.
- Conduct research and factfinding to support case preparation and legal negotiations.
- Obtain track and manage medical and employment records throughout each case.
- Maintain regular communication with clients by phone email and text delivering exceptional support.
- Organize and maintain detailed case records for efficient workflow.
- Review sort and categorize incoming legal mail with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Applicant Workers Compensation Experience
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
