Practice type:General Practice & Urgent Care
Avg. daily patient volume:11 per DVM
Support staff ratio: 2.5 per DVM
Case mix: Wellness soft-tissue and orthopedic Sx TPLOs dentistry and urgent care.
Technology & equipment:Ultrasound digital radiography dental radiography Idexx in-house labs Ekgs (pre-ops) dental set-ups 3 exam rooms and 1 Sx suite.
Team culture:Hayward Animal Clinic is just across the San Meto-Hayward Bridge. It is a 2046sq/ft 3 exam room clinic closed Saturday and Sunday for optimum work/life balance. They have a strong team who are dedicated to excellent patient care client communication and teamwork which makes it a great environment for a veterinarian to fully utilize their medicine and surgery skills.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills
Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian Chief of Staff or Medical Director strongly encouraged for application.
